Two slices of rye bread provide one-fourth of the folate and one fifth of the riboflavin you need each day, while wheat bread has about 14 percent of your daily value for each of those nutrients. Wheat bread is richer in niacin, however, providing one-fourth of your daily requirement for it, while rye bread gives you about 17 percent of the niacin you should get daily.

Essential Minerals
Although bread doesn't have a wealth of minerals, it gives you small supplemental amounts of a few key minerals. Two slices of wheat or rye bread provide a little less than 10 percent of your daily requirement for magnesium, calcium and iron, but wheat bread contains a bit more of those minerals than rye bread. Each gives you slightly more than 10 percent of the phosphorus you need, as well, with wheat a little richer in that. Rye bread is saltier, however. Healthy Fats

Per nje qe ka tre dite pa ngrene (pasi eshte ne diete) nuk eshte se i ben keq kjo buka apo e rrit ne peshe...


p.s. si parim cdo gje qe ha te shton ne peshe. Peshohuni para dhe pas ngrenies dhe do bindeni...

@netflix.Une e solla material per te bere te qarte se kalorite qe afron mjelli i thekres jane njesoj me te grurit.Buka e thekres perdoret kryhesisht nga diabetiket(lexo postimin tim).Buka e thekres thjesht ka me shume fibra dhe te krijon idene e ngopjes.Ne vitet 80 ka qene nje dyqan ne rruge te Kavajes ne Tirane,qe kishte produkte per diabetike dhe midis tyre buke thekre. Qe te humbasesh ne peshe,nuk ka menyre tjeter.... vetem mos hash, ose te mbushesh barkun me perime dhe lakra dhe te kryesh aktivitet fizik sa te te dale shkuma. Nje gje duhet te dine personat qe kane mbi peshe dhe i hyjne dietave. Neqoftese jane shendoshur per 2 vjet, do ju duhet 2 vjet qe te dobesohen gradualisht. Cdo metode tjeter e sforcuar dhe e shkurter do j'u jape probleme me tensionin,zemren etj. Nje zemer, qe punon sot per nje njeri qe eshte 110 kile(i shendoshur per per 2 apo 3 vjet dhe eshte 30 apo 40 kile mbi peshe), veshtire se do pershtatet kollaj per 6 muaj kur me nje diete te sforcuar ke humbur 20 kile a me shume. Kjo eshte e provuar. Kaq.

Ore...une mund te shendoshem per dy muaj (dhe me ka ndodhur), por s'do te thote qe me duhen vetem dy muaj te dobesohem....Sporti dhe vetem sporti te dobeson, plus duhet te hash sipas grupit te gjakut. Kete e kam nga eksperienca ime si i "ri" dhe nga eksperienca e mamase si me e "vjeter" dhe qe tani i ka lene ilacet e "tensionit" me kohe. Sporti vetem javen e pare do vuash pak pastaj kthehet ne rutine ku fillon te ndihesh shume here me mire dhe ta kerkosh vet shendetin...
