wow paske bere vjet heheh, kam mendu me i ri qe je, sidocoft ne kete moshe mi be 60 pa nderpre eshte per tu krenuar. Pija me te vertet e shkaterron njeriun, pajtohem me ty edhe une, une e teproj shpesh here me pije.
dy gjera s'duhen lene kurre, pushups dhe noti.

noti eshte me efikas akoma, te zhvillon gjithe muskujt e trupit, sidomos kraharorin shpatullat dhe krahet.

Po shume e vertet notin, por ketu notin smundem me praktiku, shkretir ma :p, por futboll luaj 2 here ne jave, kjo me ndihmon shume.Krahet i kam rregulluar besoj ashtu si kam dashur,ngase gjithmon e kam pas me veshtir krahet por kesaj here kam arritur rezultat fenomenal, tani jam ka perdori pre workout, me ndihmon mire ky send, nje Super Advanced Whey Protein.

Push-ups, pull-ups, dips, pra te gjitha ushtrimet qe njihen si 'compound movements' jane shume efektive. Sigurisht dieta dhe vrapimi jane po aq te rendesishme. Edhe alkoli ka rendesine dhe lezetin e vet sidomos gjate "weekend-it":)

How Is Swimming a Great Way to Stay in Shape?


Jumping in the pool on a sweltering hot day is more than just a way of beating the heat. Swimming provides a variety of fitness benefits to keep your body in top form. When hot weather puts the brakes on your jogging routine, swimming workouts can help keep you in shape. Whether slimming down or firming up, a water based workout can be adapted to suit your specific fitness goals.

Cardiovascular BenefitsAerobic activity increases your cardiovascular load; your heart and breathing rates increase to accommodate the increased need for oxygenated blood in the muscles and organs, and calories stored as fat are burned off to use as energy. Thirty minutes of casual swimming burns around 223 calories in a 155 pound person. Swimming for fitness typically involves treading water or performing laps, which increase the caloric burn to about 372 calories per 30 minutes of activity. Water aerobics classes, which focus on strength training movements and low-impact aerobic exercise, burns about 300 calories per hour. Swimming is especially beneficial to cardiovascular health because resting heart rate naturally decreases in water, as much as 17 fewer beats per minute, according to the American Council on Exercise. As a result, heart rate may be lower during high intensity swimming than during high intensity land exercise, despite the comparable level of exertion.

Strength TrainingBuilding or toning muscle requires resistance. On land, you might opt for weights, resistance bands or your own body mass, but swimming comes with the built in resistance of the water. Different strokes engage different groups of muscles, but all styles of swimming engage the core muscles of the abdomen and back. Freestyle swimming places equal stress on both the upper arm and quadricep muscles, while the butterfly stroke requires the most work from the arm and upper chest muscles. Including varied styles and strokes in your swimming session ensures that all major muscle groups are targeted during your workout.

FlexibilityWater reduces the impact of gravity on your muscles, bones and joints. When you are submerged, you are able to create movement with a wide range of motion without significant strain or stress. The additional leeway allotted to your body during a swimming session translates to greater overall flexibility in and out of the pool. Increased flexibility improves your posture, reduces your risk of injury during exercise, and improves the ability of your muscles to relax or manage tension.

Types of Swim WorkoutsSwimming laps either around the perimeter of your pool or from one end to the other is a standard approach to swimming for fitness. For a beginner, swimming with a kick board supporting the upper body allows you to swim for longer periods of time without fatiguing to the point of exhaustion. Once you are comfortable with freestyle swimming, incorporate different strokes such as the breaststroke or backstroke into your laps to target additional muscle groups. Other water-based exercises like water jogging or water aerobics are also suitable for switching up your fitness swimming routine.

Megjithate mbaroj fare per kete lloj sporti. Kur ishim te vegjel u lanim tere veren ne lumin e fshatit ku banoja dikur, se tani jam bere qytetare. :)

Megjithate mbaroj fare per kete lloj sporti. Kur ishim te vegjel u lanim tere veren ne lumin e fshatit ku banoja dikur, se tani jam bere qytetare. :)
Te kuptoj, por cdo sport kontribon qe te dukesh ne form, pra nuk eshte si ai qe nuk punon fare, si a qe punon, pa marr parasysh se cfare pune bene, prap ai qe punon dicka ka rezultat, me kupton besoj.

Then continue with pushups :p

Ok pra, per t'iu larguar chit chatit.

Gym-i ku shkoj une eshte i kompletuar dhe shume i bukur. Te duket sikur shkon ne Taj Mahal. Do te sjell nje foto kur te jem home. Por une shkoj rregullisht jo edhe aq per exercise, por me shume sepse cdo dhome eshte e rrethuar nga pasqyra ne vend te mureve. :D

Ok pra, per t'iu larguar chit chatit.

Gym-i ku shkoj une eshte i kompletuar dhe shume i bukur. Te duket sikur shkon ne Taj Mahal. Do te sjell nje foto kur te jem home. Por une shkoj rregullisht jo edhe aq per exercise, por me shume sepse cdo dhome eshte e rrethuar nga pasqyra ne vend te mureve. :D
Po kjo puna e pasqyreve eshte per me te motivu qe me pa veten si shume, me cmendin disa persona fillestare qe i kap nje smundje cdo 1 minut apo 2 minuta, shikohen ne pasqyre ahahhaah.

Une ku ushtroj eshte Gym perfect, pra ushtria Amerikane qe ushtrojn, shpesh here shkoj edhe tek NAVY sepse ka shume femra qe me motivojn edhe me shume :p, pra veglat jane te gjitha, nuk mungon asgje, me protein bar me te gjithe i kemi aty, kuptohet cdo gje e kemi free.

You will find that doing pushups in sets of 25, 50 and 100 will build massive arm and upper body strength. Do it regularly and you will build as much strength as the guys who spend hours in the gym.
