Studentët e dy universiteteve private në Shqipëri morën ditët e fundit, thuajse në mënyrë të koordinuar një këshillë se si të jenë të suksesshëm në biznes. Këshilla ishte: E para, provoni të bëheni sipërmarrës, e dyta provoni të bëheni sipërmarrës dhe e treta provoni të bëheni sipërmarrës. Kurse këshilltari ishte Samir Mane, biznesmeni i dyte me i fuqishëm në vend.
Unë njoh një mik që nuk e ka eksperiencën e zotit Mane ne biznes. Por këshilla e tij me duket me interesante; Bëhu i afërt me qeverinë.
Nëse arrin të kesh ndikim në qeveri, atëherë rrugët e suksesit janë të pafundme.
Së pari, mund të fitosh miliona euro duke mbledhur borxhet që ka shtetit. Ndërton disa kompani për mbledhjen e borxheve. Pastaj ndikon qeverinë që t’i shlyeje borxhet përmes kompanive të tua. A mund të ndodh kjo? Sigurisht.
Në vitin 2010, qeveria shqiptare urdhëroi kompanitë ujësjellësave që të shlyenin borxhet e tyre ndaj CEZ, kompanisë në atë kohë private të shpërndarjes së energjisë. Por borxhet nuk u shlyen direkt nga ujësjellësit tek CEZ, por kaluan përmes kompanive private të mbledhjes së borxheve. Për çdo 1 milionë euro borxhe që ujësjellësi i paguante CEZ, kompanitë ndërmjetëse merrnin deri ne 500 mije euro, pra gjysmën. Dhe ishin dhjetëra milionë euro borxhe që u shlyen.
Së dyti, shënjestro një sektor strategjik, fjala vjen si minierat. Nëse aty është sakaq një kompani private, prit se do të vijë momenti. Një ditë privati mund të largohet. Pastaj ti e ble kompaninë për 30 milionë euro, por ndërkohë nuk paguan asnjë lekë nga xhepi yt. Ato 30 milionë euro janë tvsh e parimbursuar që investitori shitës kishte për të marr në shtet. Ai nuk i merrte dot, por ti mund t’i marrësh falë lidhjeve që ke në qeveri. Kështu që shtie në dorë një aset strategjik pa paguar asnjë cent.
Së treti, t’i mund të diktosh rregullat e lojës. Mund të ulesh pragun e xhiros duke futur bizneset e vogla në tvsh. Kështu tregu pastrohet nga konkurrenca. Dyqanet e vogla shfarosen dhe i gjithë tregu është për qendrat tregtare.
Se katërti, mund të shkruash ligjet. Fjala vjen mund të diktosh heqjen e taksave në sektorë të caktuar ku ti ke interesa. Turizmi për shembull është një sektor me potencial të lartë.
Së pesti, mund të fitosh miliona euro vetëm me trafikun e influencës. Mund te shesësh leje ndërtimi, mund të blesh lirë pronat nga të tjerët që nuk marrin dot leje ndërtimi dhe me pas t’i shesësh shtrenjtë.
Sa rrugë të pafundme ka suksesi. Mjafton të njohësh dhe kontrollosh njerëzit e duhur, domethënë qeverinë.
Por pyetja është kjo: A është ky modeli që i duhet promovuar shoqërisë?

BERLIN — Thieves broke into a museum in the eastern German city of Dresden early Monday and made off with three collections of jewelry from the royal house of Saxony, made of gold and precious stones, that authorities said were of immeasurable historical and cultural value.

The break-in took place in the Jewel Room, one of 10 rooms in the Royal Palace known as the Grünes Gewölbe, or Green Vault. The rooms hold a collection of 3,000 individual objects, gathered by August the Strong, an 18th-century ruler of the German state of Saxony, as well as of Poland and Lithuania.

At least two thieves broke the special security glass of a display case and made off with an unknown number of objects from three sets of royal jewels comprising more than 90 individual pieces — cuff links, buttons and brooches adorned with rubies, sapphires and diamonds — the Dresden police and museum authorities said. Officials refused to give a monetary value to the objects, but they are believed to be worth millions.

“I don’t have to tell you how shocked we are by the brutality of this break-in,” Marion Ackermann, general director of the consortium of museums known as the Staatliche Kunstsammlungen, of which the Green Vault was a part, told reporters hours after the crime was discovered. “As you know, the historical and cultural value of this is immeasurable.”

The objects in the Green Vault are one of the world’s most intact collections of Baroque jewels. The building was heavily damaged during World War II, but was painstakingly rebuilt after German reunification and reopened to the public in 2006.

The police said they received a call at 4:59 a.m. from security guards at the museum who witnessed the robbery on a live video feed from the room in the Green Vault that housed the display case. Ms. Ackermann said that it was standard museum procedure for the guards, who are not armed, to alert the police instead of intervening personally.

The first officers arrived at the museum within 10 minutes of receiving the call, but by that time, the thieves were already gone, Jörg Kubiesa, chief of Dresden police, said. The officers found a broken security gate and window into the room where the collection had been displayed.

The police said they had later moved to shut down the highway around the city and alerted their colleagues in neighboring cities and countries to the hunt for the thieves, although they conceded that it would take no more than four minutes to reach the highway from the museum.

At about the same time as the first call to the police, firefighters were called to an electrical fire on the nearby August Bridge, said Claudia Kuba of Drewag, the electricity supplier for Dresden. An electrical distributor for the area around the museum had to be manually shut off because of the fire, she said.

The ensuing power shutdown caused the streetlights around the museum to go out, though the building itself appeared not to have been affected, the police said, adding that officers were investigating whether the fire and power interruption were linked to the break-in.

About 15 minutes after the initial alert from the museum, firefighters were called to put out a blaze in a car parked in a street across the Elbe River from the museum, said Volker Lange, chief of the Dresden criminal police. The authorities were investigating whether the car, which was unregistered, had been used by the thieves.

The stolen jewelry is far more valuable as a collection than as individual pieces, Ms. Ackermann said, and she appealed to the thieves not to break them apart or melt them down.

Dirk Syndram, director of the Green Vault, said, “Nowhere else in Europe has any other collection of royal jewels been preserved in this form and quality and quantity.”

He said the museum planned to put out detailed information in the course of the day about the exact pieces that were taken, in hopes of helping to relocate them.

At least one famed treasure of the palace’s permanent exhibition was not stolen. A flawless, 41-carat gem, the Dresden Green Diamond, is on loan to the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York for the “Making Marvels: Science and Splendor at the Courts of Europe” exhibition scheduled to start on Monday. The diamond is normally on show in its own case, one story above the ground-level floor where the stolen jewels were displayed, Mr. Syndram said.

August the Strong, a prince-elector of Saxony and little-loved monarch of Poland and Lithuania, collected rare, glittering objects like the goldsmith Johann Melchior Dinglinger’s jewel-encrusted figurines “Court of the Grand Moghul of Delhi” and the “Golden Coffee Set.”

In 1723, August founded the Green Vault, so named for the pale green color of its domed ceiling. It eventually came to house more than 3,000 medieval, Renaissance and early Baroque works, the biggest surviving princely art collection in Europe.

“Not only have the Staatliche Kunstsammlungen been robbed, but also we Saxons!” Michael Kretschmer, the state governor, wrote on Twitter. “The history of Saxony cannot be understood without the Grünes Gewölbe. The treasures found here have been acquired by the people of our state for years.”

A sign posted outside the Dresden museum and on its website said that it would be closed on Monday for “organizational reasons.” The authorities later said that they expected the museum would reopen on Wednesday.

Pra të shohim se rininë e lamë në duart e manipuluesve të ndryshëm dhe politikanëve të papërgjegjshëm, me çka e prumë në situatë t’i braktisë trojet e të parëve dhe t’i ngjajë kalorësit që shkon deri atje ku e çon kali pa frerë i pashpresës! Me çka u bëmë popull që ka më shumë flamujbartës Kuq e Zi jashtë, se sa në trojet shqiptare.

Sot kur i shënojmë Festat e Nëntorit, duhet shpjeguar këtij populli se e jeton kohën kur burrështetas kriminelë e hajdutë miratojnë ligje për ta mbrojtur shtetin nga mëkatet e varfanjakëve, por jo edhe nga vetvetja e tyre prej hajduti. Pra duhet shpjeguar popullit se e jeton kohën ku ‘Shqipëritë’ tona i amnistojnë politikanët hajna e të ligë, por nuk ua falin mëkatet hallexhinjve e të papushtetshmëve.
Pra duhet thënë këtij populli se burrështetasit shqiptarë lëvdohen se ata i donë dhe i mbështet popullit, por duke u mbrojtur me truproje dhe vetura të blinduara nga popull i vet duarthatë e i varfër. E në vend që të ndodhte e kundërta: që shqiptaria të organizohej për t'u vetëmbrojtur nga këta banditë e kriminelë partiak, nga këta burrështetas që kopshtin e mirëqenies së pasardhësve të vet, e ujisin me lotët e fëmijëve varfanjak!
Po pra, sot duhet të rikujtojmë se patriotët dhe Rilindësit na lanë trashëgimi alfabet, flamur e Shqipëri, ndërkaq hajdutokratët e sotëm ndërtuan shtete me institucione të partizuara, me gjykata që e zbatojnë ligjin vetëm ndaj hallexhinjve që vjedhë 50 euro për t'i ushqyer fëmijët, por jo edhe ndaj politikanit që e plaçkit popullin, me sistem të rrënuar shëndetësorë ku vdesin varfanjakët, e ku nuk shkojnë të mjekohen burrështetasit milionerë, me institucione publike arsimore ku libreza partiake ta siguron edhe titullin shkencor…, me shenjë njohëse keqqeverisjen dhe korrupsionin!
Dhe sot ne duhet ta pranojmë dështimin tonë kolektiv, e që më së miri e pasqyrojnë partitë shqiptare që ngjanë në sekte politike. Parti që janë shndërruar në strehimore edhe për të paaftët, edhe për kriminelët si dhe për kryehajdutët që i drejtojnë ato. Në strehimore për ata që edhe të shkuarën tonë të lavdishme e përdorin si mbulesë për hajdutërinë e tyre të sotme.

A sign posted outside the Dresden museum and on its website said that it would be closed on Monday for “organizational reasons.” The authorities later said that they expected the museum would reopen on Wednesday.

Departamenti amerikan i Thesarit sanksionon dhjetëra rrjete të korrupsionit.

Departamenti amerikan i Thesarit ka sanksionuar një varg subjektesh në botë për përfshirjen e tyre në rrjete të korrupsionit. Në Ditën Ndërkombëtare kundër-Korrupsionit të shënuar më 9 dhjetor, Sekretari amerikan i Thesarit, Steven Mnuchin ka thënë se “korrupsioni u pamundëson njerëzve të kenë qasje në burimet e shteteve të tyre dhe në të drejtat thelbësore për shërbime, derisa krijon jostabilitet politik dhe konflikt”.

“Në Ditën Ndërkombëtare Kundër Korrupsionit, ne jemi duke shënjestruar aktorë në Evropë, Azi dhe Amerikën Latine, të cilët vazhdojnë aktivitetet e tyre joligjore për të dëmtuar krijimin e shoqërive stabile, të sigurta dhe funksionale”. Në mesin e tyre është edhe Sllobodan Tesiq, i cili në listë është përmendur si një prej kontrabanduesve më të mëdhenj të armëve dhe municionit në Ballkan.

Ai po ashtu është thënë të ketë qenë për më shumë se një dekadë në Listën e Kombeve të Bashkuara për ndalim të udhëtimit, për shkak të shkeljes së sanksioneve të OKB-së, duke eksportuar armë në Liberi. “Në mënyrë që të sigurojë kontrata për armë në disa shtete, Tesiq në mënyrë direkte ose indirekte është përfshirë në ndihmë financiare dhe ryshfet. Tesiq ka dërguar klientët potencialë në pushime, ka paguar për edukimin e fëmijëve të tyre në shkolla perëndimore apo fakultete dhe ka nënshkruar kontrata përmes ryshfetit të madh”, është thënë në njoftim.

Katër kompanitë e futura në listën e zezë, të kontrolluara nga Tesiq në Departamentin amerikan të Thesarit janë identifikuar kështu: Preduzece Za Trgovinu Na Veliko i Malo Partizan Tech DOO Beograd-Savski Venac (Partizan Tech), Technoglobal Systems DOO Beograd (Technoglobal), Charso Limited, dhe Grawit Limited. Përveç tyre, ky Departament ka shënjestruar edhe nëntë individë me të cilët ka bashkëpunuar Tesiq: Goran Andriç, Esad Kapixhiç, Nebojsha Sharenac, Zoran Petroviç, Nikola Bërkiq, Milkan Subotiç, Zhelimir Petroviç, Sreten Cvjetkoviç, Lubo Mariçiç.
